Proposed Meeting Decorum Policy

Bethel Township is considering the adoption of a Meeting Decorum Policy to help ensure that public meetings remain respectful, organized, and productive for everyone in attendance.

Public meetings are an important opportunity for residents to engage with the Board of Supervisors and Township staff. The proposed policy outlines expectations for respectful behavior during meetings, including allowing speakers to be heard without interruption, following public comment procedures, and avoiding disruptive conduct.

Residents are encouraged to review the proposed policy attached to this post. The Board of Supervisors will consider adoption at their meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM.
