PennDOT Notice of Intent Letter

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will be continuing preliminary engineering work for planned improvements at the intersection of Concord Road, Foulk Road/Valleybrook Road, and Chelsea Road.

Beginning in April 2026, some property owners in the project area may receive Notice of Intent to Enter (NOITE) letters. These letters inform residents that PennDOT representatives may need temporary access to properties to conduct surveys, environmental studies, and soil testing. This project aims to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, enhance safety, and better accommodate pedestrians and bicyclists.
