2026 Primary Election!
Whether you plan to vote by mail ballot or in person on Election Day, Bethel Township encourages all eligible residents to make their voices heard in the 2026 Primary Election.
Please take note of the following important election deadlines:
  • May 4, 2026 – Last day to register to vote in the primary election
  •  May 12, 2026 – Last day to apply for a mail ballot
  •  May 19, 2026 – Primary Election Day
Polls are open from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Completed mail ballots must also be received by 8:00 PM
   Important Reminder: Pennsylvania has a closed primary system, meaning only voters registered as Democrats or Republicans may vote for their party’s nominees in the primary election. However, all registered voters may vote on any local ballot questions or special elections that appear on their ballot.
