Beginning in May, PECO has contracted Asplundh Tree Expert Company to perform routine vegetation maintenance across the area. This essential work will help ensure the reliability of electric service and improve public safety by managing tree growth and clearing vegetation near power lines and equipment. 🌲⚡

Crews from Asplundh will be working in designated areas throughout the Spring and Summer months. Work will include pruning trees, removing brush, and clearing overgrown vegetation. Activities are scheduled to continue for several months, depending on weather and site conditions. 🍃

Residents may notice utility crews operating during regular daytime hours. While minimal disruptions are expected, PECO and Asplundh appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation throughout the maintenance period. 🦺
