Please note that all preliminary plans currently listed before the Planning Commission are under review only and are not final approvals. The review process allows the Planning Commission, Township staff, consultants, and applicable agencies to evaluate the submitted plans, provide comments, and ensure compliance with all applicable Township ordinances and regulations. Until all required reviews are completed and final approvals are granted, the plans remain subject to revisions and should not be considered approved or finalized.

- Project 2026-1: Silvestri Mushroom Property 1164 & 1168 Naamans Creek Road, SPI PA, LLC
- Preliminary Plan: Development of 23 single-family residential lots within the R-1 Zoning District on a 21.45-acre property.
- Project 2025-1: 1257 Zebley Road, Yllka Goci
- Preliminary/Final Plan: Proposed 2-lot subdivision of an existing parcel to create two single-family residential lots, including driveways and associated site improvements.
- Project 2024-2: 1420 Conchester Day Care, 1420 Conchester Hwy, Conchester Holdings, LLC
- Preliminary Plan: Proposed day care center at 1420 Conchester Highway. A Special Exception was granted by the Zoning Hearing Board on June 28, 2023, subject to approved conditions.
