PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed permit application(s)
- Site plans and/or building plans, as necessary
- Signed contract, as necessary
- Bethel Township Contractor License
Permit applications may be viewed, downloaded, printed, and completed by clicking HERE. Completed documents may be delivered by mail, sent via email, or delivered in person to the township office during business hours. After hours, a secured drop-box is located to the left of the office doors.
CONTRACTORS:
Every contractor is required to register with Bethel Township per Ordinance No. 164. The license is valid for one (1) year and must be submitted with a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Bethel Township as the policy holder. The Workers' Compensation Affidavit page only needs to be submitted if workers' compensation is not listed on the liability.
FEE SCHEDULE:
On January 2, 2024, the Bethel Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2024-04 which identifies a fee schedule associated with permits and applications. You may view the Resolution by following the link below:
