Services

The solicitor is the chief attorney for the township who offers sound legal counsel to the Board of Supervisors through the following duties:

• Attending monthly board meetings
• Consulting on personnel issues
• Drafting of ordinances
• Performing any other duties commensurate with the position
• Providing consultation regarding litigation
• Reviewing contracts

From time to time, the solicitor is also directed to work with other boards and commissions for the benefit of the township.
